Our Limoncello is prepared following ancient traditions.
Our small "craft" production plant still allows us to follow traditional patterns…such as hand peeling of lemons. We use lemons from biological agriculture, only Italian-produced sugar and our liqueur does not need to be filtered nor
homogenized.
